  • All commissions are original hand-drawn works on Bristol board using mixed media which may include: markers, ink, acrylics, colored pencils, water colors. These are one-of-a-kind physical pieces — not prints or digital files.

  • Yes — fan art commissions are accepted for personal use. Comic characters, gaming figures, anime, and pop culture subjects are welcome. Commercial licensing is handled separately; contact ivan@artedecastro.com.

  • Allow approximately 4 weeks for completion, plus standard shipping time. You'll receive a confirmation email when your piece ships.

  • Sneak peeks are sometimes shared — follow @artedecastro on Instagram for WIP posts. Commission-specific previews are not standard but can be requested.

  • Absolutely. Many commissions are ordered as gifts. You can ship directly to the recipient — just include the delivery address during checkout.

  • Currently, we are only shipping within the US and internationally to Canada. All pieces are packaged flat, bagged and boarded to ensure safe delivery.
